I would like to express my gratitude and thank you for your trust in us. 2019 was an exceptional year.
We reached the 3 000+ customers mark. They made over 6 billion euros in payments in 2019 and saved over €50 000 000 with international payments thanks to more competitive fees and rates available in real time.
We have doubled our headcount with 150 employees and are currently recruiting 150 new talents, feel free to apply! We also welcomed the Forexfix and NBWM teams.
New services designed with and for you were launched in 2019:
- dynamic forward payments were added, enriching the currency hedging solutions we offer
- import lending facilitates your growth abroad
- our platform’s new ergonomics offer you a more fluid experience
- 30+ currencies are now available
In order to better meet your expectations, we have strengthened our presence in Europe and went out to meet you:
- In Amsterdam and Berlin, two offices now serve our customers in Northern and Central Europe.
- You had the opportunity to meet your peers, our FX experts, and our product teams during the Fast & Forward event with Romain Grosjean.
Faithful to our goal to become the European leader in financial services for companies, we have made technological innovations available to our customers:
- EBICS & SwiftNet connectivity
- PSD2 API to aggregate your iBanFirst accounts
- Intercompany SEPA direct debits
In 2020, we will offer our customers other completely new services such as end-to-end payment tracking. We will also continue to brainstorm together during customer events in all countries.
